Stephen Butler
UK Director Stephen has been a leader in non-profit fundraising and integrated marketing for nearly 20 years and has helped clients raise millions of pounds. Working with hundreds of charities in the UK, Europe and North America, he is a recognised expert in individual major gifts fundraising.
In 2012, when many UK charities were attributing a decline in income to the economic climate, Stephen helped one charity to move from a 9% year-on-year decline in individual giving in 2011 to a 17% increase in 2012.
Stephen has presented at a wide range of fundraising seminars and workshops including Resource Alliance, Institute of Fundraising and Professional Fundraising.
Sian McDermott
Major Donor Manager Sian McDermott has a BSc (Hons) in International Disaster Engineering & Management and is a highly experienced and accredited Life and Corporate Coach and a trainer of Coaches.
Sian started her coaching career a decade ago following a successful 20 years running her own companies in the arena of Business Theatre Production, 
Set Building and PR. She has trained many Life Coaches over the years and is a natural presenter, running workshops on a variety of subjects. She is passionate about working with individuals to enhance their performance at work and to help them achieve targets beyond what they believe they can achieve .
