Her passion is providing on-going training and accountability to measure tangible results and report back to management and donors. As a Senior Account Director for the Domain Group, Tracy helped multiple nonprofits transform their direct mail and major gift programs. Before entering the world of fund development, she was an Emmy-award winning writer and television producer.
Karen Kendrick
Client Manager Karen Kendrick has a masters degree in education and counseling and over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising in both the university/education market and social service agencies. She has served as program director and executive director for a nonprofit, giving her both programmatic and administrative experience. She has created strong comprehensive fundraising programs from the ground up and served as a major gift officer. Karen is passionate about helping nonprofits increase revenue to better meet the needs of those they serve by providing assessment, training, accountability, and management of fundraising programs.
Anne Nash
Planned Giving Advisor Anne E. Nash is an attorney and charitable giving advisor. With over twenty years of experience in planned giving, Anne has worked in large and small shops. Anne retired as CEO of Blue Grass Community Foundation in June of 2009. Previously, she had been Senior Gift Planning Advisor at The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, Virginia, a global conservation organization, and one of the largest nonprofits in the U.S.. Before that, Anne was Director of Complex Gifts at The Nature Conservancy, where she headed a senior team of gift planners located throughout the organization’s operating locations. Anne is a frequent speaker at estate planning councils, planned giving councils, and fund raising forums. Anne also writes on philanthropy for a regional business journal.
Debi Dunham

Debi began her career as a Major Donor Officer and event planner. She then transitioned into a management position for a major non-profit where her responsibilities included the
management of a team of 8 major gift officers and fundraising, cultivation and prospecting of major donors across the country, raising $25 million during her tenure.
Debi loves developing authentic relationships with donors and the organizations that they support. She helps major gift officers effectively communicate their vision and align the donor’s heart and passion with the organization.

Kimiko Nabors
Personal Support Manager Kimiko has been involved in fundraising for over ten years. She has a degree in Communications and a strong motivation to help others succeed through teamwork. Her varied experience in retail and teaching equip her to work effectively with others.
Kimiko created a donor base for herself for two years of work in Africa and then raised funds for full-time work in London.
She has been coaching individuals and couples to enjoy their fundraising and relationship-building for over five years. She is now a Personal Support Coach with The Veritus Group, helping volunteers secure the resources they need for the work they do with good causes around the world.
Christy Vorwald
Personal Support Manager Christy enjoys her relationships with friends and family. She should because, at her core, Christy is a people person.
She earned her degree in Human Resources Management and spent 11 years in Human Resources work where she learned valuable life skills dealing with relationships, encouragement, training, and leadership.
Following a successful career in the Human Resources field, Christy began working in the non-profit sector with organizations in Honduras, Haiti, London and Philadelphia. She is now a Personal Support Coach with The Veritus Group, helping volunteers secure the resources they need for the work they do with good causes around the world.
Lisa Van Cleef
Client Manager Lisa has over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership, serving as an executive, program director, and special event coordinator. She has been responsible for fund-raising, donor/constituent relations, marketing, and internal communications. She has a dual degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington; and worked as a sports reporter and editor before entering the non-profit sector.
As an analytic and creative thinker, Lisa finds joy in helping people discover and fulfill their interests and passions which makes her a perfect major gift team member.
David Cupps
Operations Manager David has had a rich and varied experience in business management for both commercial and non-profit organizations serving as a business manager for a law firm, a financial advisor for a national investment company and a development director, operations manager and Executive Director for various non-profits.
In addition, he has served on many non-profit boards for the last 25 years, often as the Treasurer or President. Another specialty of his is website development and management which, along with business management, he currently does as a consultant for many non-profits and companies.
David, as Operations Manager, currently manages all the business affairs of The Veritus Group.
