Thank you for this insightful blog on power. I just finished reading a book called Pursuing Significance which states a lot of what you are talking about. The focus should be on serving others and not looking for recognition or power. It is being a team player and truly caring about other’s needs, not only yourself. That is truly how you create a life of significance.
