Talking to donors who don’t want to engage is exhausting and disheartening. Yet, most caseloads are still filled with donors who have made it pretty clear they don’t want a relationship. Just meeting giving criteria or being “qualified" by Prospect Researchers is not enough when it comes to who should be on a major gift caseload. You must find the donors who want to engage in a relationship and deepen their connection to your work.
