Intro to Permission-Based Asking™
This course introduces the Permission-Based Asking™ — a radical approach to donor conversations where pressure is replaced with a desire to help the donor fulfill their interests and aspirations. When this alignment with a donor is achieved, money flows naturally.
This is for anyone who wants donor conversations and asks to feel more natural, authentic, and effective at every level of fundraising
Intro to Qualification
Qualification is one of the most misunderstood (and most avoided) skills in fundraising. This course reframes qualification as an act of service to both the donor and the organization, offering a practical, donor-centered way to approach it with clarity and care.
This is for fundraisers and managers who want to focus their time where it matters most by building healthier caseloads.
How to Start a Mid-Level Program
Learn what separates high-performing mid-level programs from those that stall out. This course introduces the structure, mindset, and systems needed to create meaningful donor experiences that strengthen the donor pipeline.
This is for fundraisers building or inheriting a mid-level program, and leaders who want to better understand what it takes to do mid-level well.
How to Start a Major Gifts Program
This course offers a clear, grounded introduction to starting a donor-centered major gifts program. Learn the essential components required to move beyond reactive fundraising and toward intentional, relational work with donors.
This is for new MGOs, leaders launching a major gifts effort, or organizations ready to move past “hope-based” major gifts.
“Asking for gifts used to intimidate me. I knew I had to do it, but it never felt right. I had done some coaching and training elsewhere, but nothing really stuck. Since I started the Introduction to Permission-Based Asking, I’ve made a full 360. I can’t wait to ask a supporter if they're interested in speaking with me, and then asking permission while we talk. It’s so natural to connect this way, and so enjoyable. Thank you.”

“I took the Introduction to Qualifying Your Donors course to learn more about developing/growing major donors and best practices for managing and engagement with donors. The material helped me to organize my portfolio of donors by qualifying the donors and making a plan for each donor. I can now focus on the donors that have the most potential. It will save me so much time and effort as I seek to give donors the best experience and address their passions. I would highly recommend this course. It will get you organized and focused on reaching your fundraising goals.”
