Sian is an experienced high-value fundraising coach and she has worked with Veritus’ clients to develop their major and mid-level programmes. She specialises in evaluating their communications, both written and spoken and then coaching them to produce their best performance. She helps her clients to build strong relationships with their donors and to have a donor-centric approach to their work – so often missing in non-profit organisations. The approach, so seldom used, of putting themselves in the donor’s shoes before communicating with them reaps dividends.

Sara has 17 years of experience in building bridges between organizations’ needs and fund opportunities. She has raised substantial funding for International NGOs, Universities, private foundations, and small non-profits by building authentic relationships with donors and impactful partnerships with corporates and private foundations. She served 7 years as Head of Public and Private Fundraising for the International Network of Médecins du Monde, working with charities, fundraisers, and donors across the world, gaining significant experience in international fundraising trends and markets.  She specializes in managing highly effective major gifts programs and fundraising leaders and teams’ capacity building.

She’s the contact point for the Veritus Group in Europe. She’s committed to making sure that clients have the best possible experience working with Veritus.

Louise specialises in matching donors’ passions to charities’ needs, resulting in highly engaged supporters and higher-level gifts.

Megan brings experience from both the charity and corporate sector, having spent several years as a Major Donor Manager. Prior to this she was a Sales & Sponsorship Manager in the media industry, where she developed strong account management skills, understanding the importance of relationship building above all else. Throughout her career in the charity sector, she has been passionate about helping individuals on their journey of philanthropy, understanding what a truly unique and transformational gift this can be for both donors and beneficiaries alike.
