Stephen has been a leader in non-profit fundraising and integrated marketing for nearly 20 years and has helped clients raise millions of pounds. Working with hundreds of charities in the UK, Europe and North America, he is a recognised expert in individual major gifts fundraising. In 1995 Stephen was appointed UK Partner in London of the international fundraising firm, The Domain Group, based out of Seattle, USA. During the following 15 years he worked for a host of brand name charities including National Trust, World Vision, WaterAid, Marie Curie Cancer Care and he was responsible for launching Smile Train into the UK market. He has also worked in the Higher Education, Animal welfare and Hospital verticals.
Sian is an experienced high value fundraising coach and she has worked with Veritus’ clients to develop their major and mid-level programmes. She specialises in evaluating their communications, both written and spoken, and then coaching them to produce their best performance. She helps her clients to build strong relationships with their donors and to have a donor-centric approach to their work – so often missing in non-profit organisations. The approach, so seldom used, of putting themselves in the donor’s shoes before communicating with them reaps dividends.
Suzanne has an MSc in Decision Making and Leadership. She has over 20 years experience in operations and management with a blue chip organisation. After graduating the Leadership, Life and Wealth Mastery programmes presented by leadership and personal power trainer Anthony Robbins, she took ‘massive action’ within her career and set up her own training and coaching consultancy. For the last 15 years her enthusiasm for helping others to take the leaps needed for ‘massive action’ change has led her to undertake change management, training and coaching projects helping others to transform both their personal and professional lives.
Madeleine has been working as a Prospect Researcher for over 8 years after spending time in academia gaining 3 degrees and teaching at a top UK university. She is also a member of the Institute of Fundraising. She has worked in the fundraising offices of two UK universities and at one of the top names in US-based fundraising research. During this time she has presented widely at conferences and seminars/webinars on the subject of Prospect Research. She is passionate about supporting fundraisers in their efforts.
